Energy · Water · Soil
Safe energy, clean water, and living soil — one integrated company.
Non-flammable energy storage · seawater desalination · soil restoration —
built from abundant, non-toxic materials.
The whole story — for those who look closer
The Problem

Three crises — one root.

And they arrive together. The ~700 million without electricity usually lack clean water and living soil, too. It is one problem wearing three faces.

Sources: WHO (drinking water); FAO (land degradation); World Bank (electricity access).
02
The Vision

An integrated system, not three products.

The three technologies share materials and reuse each other's byproducts — one R&D base, one supply chain, three revenue lines.

03
The Solution

Three technologies, one platform.

Samson Battery

Non-flammable, water-based storage from earth-abundant materials. Built to retire lead-acid in reserve power; ships without hazmat.

💧

Membrine

~500 L/day of fresh water on ~140 W of solar — reverse osmosis with brine-pressure recovery.

🌱

VortaLutte

The method behind terra preta — Amazonian soil still fertile 2,000 years on — rebuilt from basalt and recovered brine minerals.

We lead with the battery. The others follow on the credibility — and the materials — it earns.

04
Beachhead

A battery that cannot burn.
We replace lead-acid.

The honest trade: ~50–70% of lithium's energy density, but longer shelf life, competitive cycle life, lower cost, and it ships anywhere. It wins where density isn't the point. The chemistry is proprietary: we prove it, we do not publish it.

05
Why We Win

Safe where the others are a liability.

Samson has no metal anode to ignite, no sulfide to release gas, and no pressure to contain. It is water-based.

06
By the Numbers

The case, in figures — not adjectives.

⚡ Battery

3,000–5,000 cycle target — the total-cost hinge

Match or exceed lead-acid on energy; multi-year shelf life

Non-flammable; earth-abundant materials; ships hazmat-free

💧 Water

~500 L/day of fresh water

on ~140 W of solar, with brine-pressure recovery

No electrodes — no chlorine byproducts

♻ The Loop

~52 billion m³/yr of desalination brine is dumped worldwide

we turn that waste into battery salt + soil minerals

with material recovery: ~zero toxic waste

Battery & water figures are the chemistry's physics envelope (pre-prototype) — not measured product performance. Brine volume: Jones & Qadir, Science of the Total Environment, 2019.
07
Why Now

The moment is here.

08
Defensibility

Guarded three ways.

09
The Market

Three markets — over $200B, climbing.

$58B → $114BEnergy storage, by 2030 (~14% CAGR)
$28B → $59BDesalination, by 2034 (~9% CAGR)
$10B → $34BSoil / regenerative ag, by 2033 (~15% CAGR)

Beachhead: replacing lead-acid in stationary & off-grid reserve power, the clearest upgrade case and the one incumbents serve worst. Data centers come later, once the product is proven.

Market figures: MarketsandMarkets / Fortune Business Insights / Mordor Intelligence (2024–2025). Illustrative; to be firmed with counsel.
10
Business Model

Four revenue lines.

11
Go to Market

Led by a safety demonstration.

A working cell powers a load, then is exposed to open flame — and does not ignite.

12
Where We Are

Pre-prototype by design. Ready to build.

13
Get Involved

Work with us.

We are building the first working units now, and looking for partners to bring safe power, fresh water, and soil restoration to the communities that need all three.
